Straightforward, Steadfast Legal Representation
My years of working extensively as a tax representation attorney within the ever-changing state and federal tax code laws gives me insights into providing strong representation before the IRS. When complicated tax issues arise, such as an audit or collection activities, I offer my clients counsel they can understand.
My straightforward approach has helped hundreds of clients push through an otherwise intimidating process in pursuit of a positive judgment or agreement. You can rely on me to explain your situation at-hand and the options available to you to handle disputes for a variety of tax matters, including:
- Tax Controversy (e.g., collections and penalties)
- IRS Defense (e.g., trials, audits, or investigations)
- Tax Resolution (e.g., installment plans, repayment, or settlement)
No matter which tax challenge you currently face, I will work with you to secure the relief you need.
Tax Practice Rooted in Community
Following my graduation and admission to practice law in 2008, I started representing civil clients locally in criminal trials and in plaintiff’s litigation. True to these practice roots, I currently serve as executive president of the board for Silence is Violence, a local non-profit organization involved in providing aid to victims of violent crime in the New Orleans area.
