Lucas H. Morehouse

The focus of Lucas H. Morehouse’s law practice is taxpayer representation before the IRS, the Department of Justice Tax Division, and the Louisiana Department of Revenue. Lucas received a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from LSU in Baton Rouge and a Law Degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU. Since becoming barred in 2008, Lucas has represented hundreds of clients in private practice for a diverse array of legal issues. His years of legal experience in multiple areas of the law make him an ideal advocate for his clients. Lucas is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and in U.S. Tax court.

Jeff Traynham

Jeff received his undergraduate degree (in political science) from Virginia Tech, his law degree (Cum Laude) from Tulane, and his LLM in tax law from the University of Florida. After law school, Jeff stayed in Gainesville, Florida and served as General Counsel for Infinite Energy, Inc. for more than 10 years. In that role, Jeff served as a key member of the company’s executive team and as the head of the Legal/Regulatory/Human Resource departments. From there, Jeff continued to hone his business and tax skills in private practice. When going into private practice, Jeff knew his immeasurable experience and expertise in business and tax law would serve him well as he can adeptly guide clients through any manner of business and tax issue they may come across.

Jeff is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and California.
